About
Ben joined Friday & Cox in 2018 as a law clerk before becoming an attorney in 2020.
He graduated from Duquesne University in 2015 with majors in Political Science and History. After college, Ben worked as a paralegal in a Washington, D.C. area firm. Ben then attended Duquesne University School of Law, graduating in 2020.
Ben received the 2018 Excellence in Legal Writing Award for the best Appellate Brief in his first-year law school writing class. He also served as a teaching assistant in the Duquesne Law Legal Research and Writing program. Ben was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future award in the following law school classes: Legal Research and Writing I & II, Criminal Procedure, and Federal Income Tax.
As an attorney, Ben has handled numerous cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, product liability and medical malpractice. Ben routinely attends hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings on behalf of his clients. Ben also assists with legal research, drafting, and trial preparation. Ben is passionate about using the law as a force for good in his clients’ lives.
Ben is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
