Ben joined Friday & Cox in 2018 as a law clerk before becoming an attorney in 2020. Ben was born and raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C. He graduated from Duquesne University in 2015, majoring in Political Science and History. After college, Ben went back to the DC area where he worked as a paralegal at a regional law firm for two years. Ben then attended Duquesne University School of Law, graduating in 2020.
While in law school, Ben worked as a law clerk for Friday & Cox, where he assisted attorneys with legal research, drafting, and trial preparation. Ben also served as a teaching assistant in the Duquesne Law Legal Research and Writing program. In his second year, Ben competed on the Appellate Moot Court team in the Herbert Weschler National Criminal Moot Court Competition. Ben was also awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future award in the following law school classes: Legal Research and Writing I & II, Criminal Procedure, and Federal Income Tax.
Ben is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
